JFYI, this is because texlive does not yet build once successfull in Factory.

However, this is not a texlive bug, but a problem in rpm. A fix will be 
checked in these days. This will cause a complete distro rebuild, since it 
affects all packages, so you need some more patience. But it should be 
settled over the weekend.
