I just stumbled over https://api.opensuse.org/apidocs/#41 which
definitely isn't up to date anymore:
% osc-stable req build/Apache/SLES_9/x86_64/_binarylist
HTTP Error 404: Not Found
<status code='404' origin='backend'>
<summary>packid '_binarylist' is illegal</summary>
</status>
