http://en.opensuse.org/Build_Service/Deb_builds may be of interest.

That is exactly one of the purposes of the buildservice -- to build
packages for distributions that you do not have installed locally.

That is exactly one of the purposes of the buildservice -- to build
packages for distributions that you do not have installed locally.
