You should have a look at the build log, the error is sitting near the 
end of it:

make[3]: Entering directory `/usr/src/packages/BUILD/bongo-0.2.0+svn184'
msgfmt -o po/fr.gmo po/fr.po
msgfmt: error while opening "po/fr.po" for reading: No such file or 
directory
make[3]: *** [po/fr.gmo] Error 1
