Noone ever claimed that this is the case.

You don't get them into the buildservice at this point.
That is a a known issue and will be fixed hopefully in the future.
The "build" script supports creation of the 32bit packages with a
baselibs.conf and the --baselibs parameter as you can read in another
thread.
