[opensuse-buildservice] Passing options to build for non-local builds

      Is there any way to pass options to build for non-local builds?

Ie. --changelog

The reason being I'd like to always use package.changes instead of  
the changelog provided by the upstream tarball.
(Particularly relevant for debian builds)
