But the twinkle build still fails....? ?Is it possible to pull in rpms that have been locally with 'osc build' command?
not yet.
And is the same valid for the buildserver? I ask because I have the rpm commoncpp2-1.5.3 in the buildserver repository, but commoncpp2-1.3.x is pulled in. Twinkle's configure fails for commoncpp2 < 1.5 ? Can anything be done about that?
Where's commoncpp2-1.5.3? Your project contains a "commoncpp2" package which builds commoncpp2-1.4.2, so this is pulled in.
It's here: http://ftp4.gwdg.de/pub/opensuse/repositories/server:/telephony/openSUSE_10....
But shouldn't you in that case just layer your home:rbos project on to of server:telephony and remove your local commoncpp2 package?
