But your "cross-sh4-glibc-bootstrap" produced rpms named
"glibc-..." instead of rpms prefixed with "cross-...". That's
why you're in trouble right now.
If that's really intended you might just need to switch the
Requires in cross-sh4-glibc-bootstrap from kernel-headers to
cross-sh4-kernel-headers.
