The kernel panic is no issue, it's just because "halt" is not installed yet. The real problem is that the system tries to install the "shadow-utils" package before "audit-libs", this leads to a missing library when the preinstall script is called. I don't have a clue about what's wrong here, if I run the order calculation on my system it output is sane. Maybe there's some subtle dependency loop in FC6 that I'm missing. Btw, do you get the same error if you trigger a rebuild?
