Yes, the sg driver still needs to be loaded, by default, since it is used by
udev as well as the sg3_utils package, which also seems to be installed by
default.
I can think of two possible solutions:
1. Make the sg module builtin instead of a loadable module, or
2. Move the file /usr/lib/modules-load.d/sg.conf from the systemd package to
the sg3_utils package (since I cannot think of a more appropriate place). This
would mean udev would have to "require" the sg3_utils package, I believe.
I also believe we should create a FATE entry to move all of our internal tools
from sg to bsg, to start working towards eliminating this issue.
