http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1022047 Bug ID: 1022047 Summary: Downgrade warning about duplicate device names in systemd Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Distribution Version: Leap 42.2 Hardware: x86-64 OS: openSUSE 42.2 Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: Basesystem Assignee: bnc-team-screening@forge.provo.novell.com Reporter: andreas.schuette@kisters.de QA Contact: qa-bugs@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- Systemd has changed the warning about duplicate device names from error to debug a while ago: https://github.com/systemd/systemd/commit/071e0b8b3a698e73bcaecba09ffccab555... I think this should be merged into 42.2. Based on this comment, the names can't always be unique and it does not seem to be a big problem: https://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/systemd-devel/2015-April/031099.html -- You are receiving this mail because: You are on the CC list for the bug.
