OK, so I'm either dumb or have other issues not understanding the article. It talks about some plugin that needs to be manually downloaded for the patent exemption to work but the rest is built by Fedora's build service. My package provides the h264enc encoder and h264dec decoder along with the associated libs and header files. It is not distributing any plugins or downloading them from Cisco's server. So my package is build using SUSE's build service, like Fedora does with its own RPM for openh264
should we make a special cisco-opensuse-openh264 repo where this package needs to live in and so users need to manually add and enable it?
