Thanks for this advise. I finally update my oS installation to 42.1 And this problem still exists (current kernel: default 4.1.13-5.1) :(
Can you load the nf_conntrack_pptp module manually and test afterwards? ~ # modprobe nf_conntrack_pptp If it works, you can make loading persistent by ~ # echo nf_conntrack_pptp > /etc/modules-load.d/pptp.conf I can't say if the functions required for pptp were split into a kernel module with 3.16.7-13.2 and following or if these modules existed prior and loading was intentionally disabled.
