http://bugzilla.opensuse.org/show_bug.cgi?id=958093 Bug ID: 958093 Summary: Crash Reporting Assistant ignores the "Suggest this crash is related" button Classification: openSUSE Product: openSUSE Distribution Version: Leap 42.1 Hardware: x86-64 OS: openSUSE 42.1 Status: NEW Severity: Normal Priority: P5 - None Component: KDE Workspace (Plasma) Assignee: opensuse-kde-bugs@opensuse.org Reporter: avsco@mail.ru QA Contact: qa-bugs@suse.de Found By: --- Blocker: --- Steps to reproduce: 1. Make a KDE application crash. For example, launch the Configure Desktop program and make some changes or just open a non-trivial configuration page without changing anything, then exit the program. 2. When the Crash Reporting Assistant launches, continue to the possible duplicates list, select one and open its description. (For the aforementioned case, the issue number ends in 711 or 771, iirc, - cannot re-check, as my desktop currently becomes unresponsive during that stage due to some KDE freeze bug.) 3. Upon seeing relevant reported issue, press the "Suggest this crash is related", - nothing happens. 4. Return to the duplicates list and press Next. The Assistant will tell you that you have no duplicate selected. This is a known issue:
KDE 354110 - "Suggest this crash is related" does nothing It was fixed almost 2 months ago, but still did not get to openSUSE. Please, update.
