As it is a basic need to have a working keyboard during boot (what if you get
into the emergency shell or need to do some maintenance?) it makes sense to add
it to the list of important drivers in
modules.d/90kernel-modules/module-setup.sh and load it not only if encrypted
devices need a password. I don't think that the missing hid-logitech-hidpp is
too big to simply add it. On my TW system it's roughly 28K.
