The relation with KDE is that musescore-2.0.2 needs KF5. The above repository contains a lot of KF5 packages.
No, it doesn't. The repo contains Qt5, not KF5. Musescore is a Qt application. Apparently it can be build against Qt4 and Qt5. It is not part of the distribution nor the KDE repos, and it is not maintained by the KDE team. The dependencies are mostly ok though. musescore does provide mscore. But the version requirement seems to be wrong. musescore provides mscore-$version, but musescore-doc actually requires mscore-$version-$release.
