This time I managed to get also the output of systemctl status. I'll attach the output and the information in /var/log/messages.

So, I guess the sftp process somehow triggered the lockup.
In the meantime I had also a soft lockup by a user program. It seems it's not a systemd issue, systemd seems to trigger the bug just more likely than any other command. The lockup happened at the same place in the kernel.
