Keep in mind that network:chromium is the development project for the Chromium
package in Factory and other openSUSE versions. This means that sometimes
builds are broken, not working, etc.
Chromium stable got updated yesterday to the 41. branch and this introduced the
requirement to also copy here the files required to start it.
See also my other comment on this bug, that the build will never fail with not
packaged files, as that chromium does not offer any installation method other
than manually copying files.
Again packages in network:chromium are offered without any guarantee :)
Build has been adjusted and as soon as the update is published, this issue for
chromium stable will be resolved as well.
