User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64; rv:26.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/26.0 When trying to configure scanning over network via YaST (configuring the scanner server) an error message is displayed after entering the hosts that are allowed to scan on the current server. It says "/usr/lib/YaST2/bin/setup_network_scanner_config: line 74: /etc/init.d/xinetd: No such file or directory Failed to start xinetd" This should not be the case as this peace of code should not try to access /etc/init.d/xinetd but rather do a systemctl enable xinetd.service and a systemctl start xinetd.service afterwards. Please fix as this should not happen any more, system V init ought to be gone! Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. configure a scanner 2. try to make it accessible over the local network 3. see what happens Actual Results: Configuration gives an error message as the configuration is bound to fail ... Expected Results: guess what :-) This is the first message on gets when the dialog is failing -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
