I can Comfirm this as well for OSS13.1 i586 and OSS 13.1 ARM.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. install default oss13.1 and up
2. install cups
3. netstat -an | grep -i 631
CUPS shuold on default ONLY listen on what been configured at
/etc/cups/cupsd.conf
This Confuse end users .
FIX :
- Change startup scripts for cups .
- remove cups.socket ( delete ).
- update /etc/cups/cupsd.conf,
move socket stuff in the CUPSD config.
