Logs are unclear. Crashes happen randomly, often when animations are used or when switching between different views in impress (slide sorter, starting presentation, ...). Crashes can be fixed by using UXA instead of SNA acceleration. Performance issues: when using animations in a presentation and the presenter console is active (two screens), animations go terribly slow, with shocks. If you put the slides overview on the presenter console, animations act normally. Reverting to version xf86-video-intel 2.99.905 fixes all crashes and the buggy animations. Hardware: Intel Haswell with Intel HD 4000 graphics (Sony Vaio Pro). No other programs show these issues although I am aware of similar reports with e.g. Empathy (https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=848748) Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Work in Impress 2. Switch views, add animations to slides 3.
