yes, thanks.
i already workaround it this way.
it is better than no workaround, but blacklisting a kernel module works more
early/faster.
when booting i see several of these
mei_me 0000:00:03.0: reset: connect/disconnect timeout.
mei_me 0000:00:03.0: unexpected reset: dev_state = RESETTING
messages before the unbinding (which i do in a custom init-script) stops it.
maybe i should start my custom init-script earlier in the startup-process.
either way, the problem should be fixed in a correct way so that it is not even
necessary to unload/unbind this driver.
