Am speculating that this is related to the recommended fix in etc/sysconfig # systemctl status systemd-modules-load.service systemd-modules-load.service - Load Kernel Modules Loaded: loaded (/usr/lib/systemd/system/systemd-modules-load.service; static) Active: failed (Result: exit-code) since Fri, 2013-04-05 12:00:21 PDT; 43min ago Docs: man:systemd-modules-load.service(8) man:modules-load.d(5) Process: 279 ExecStart=/usr/lib/systemd/systemd-modules-load (code=exited, status=1/FAILURE) CGroup: name=systemd:/system/systemd-modules-load.service Apr 05 12:00:21 SUSEMACHINE.LOCALNETWORK systemd[1]: systemd-modules-load.service: main process ex...RE Apr 05 12:00:21 SUSEMACHINE.LOCALNETWORK systemd[1]: Failed to start Load Kernel Modules. Log output is incomplete or unavailable.SUSEMACHINE.LOCALNETWORK Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Following the recommended procedure in the Release Notes 1. Open YaST 2. Open sysconfig editor 3. Search KMS 4. Set "N0_KMS_IN_INITRD to "yes" 5. Apply changes 6. Run the following command systemctl status systemd-modules-load.service Actual Results: Module status is "failed" with relevant error information provided above Expected Results: If this module really is related to the KMS sysconfig setting, then my guess is that this Unit should not be enabled (disabled) or not even loaded. Don't know if there is a Standard Operating Practice tying entries in sysconfig to Units. Am assigning this bug as "Minor" only because <currently> I don't see any ill effects on my machine. It's main effect currently is clutter when inspecting Units that have failed. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.novell.com/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are on the CC list for the bug.
