In my case this happens everytime on a modprobe radeon after module was unloaded before (rmmod radeon). A patch to this can be found here: http://git.kernel.org/cgit/linux/kernel/git/torvalds/linux.git/commit/?id=f6... Would be nice if it will be included in future kernel updates.
