[Bug 678671] upgrade from 11.3 (previously came via 11.1, 11.2 and 11.3) to 11.4 fails booting second time, /dev/sda3 in menu.lst instead of /dev/disk/by-id/.... (old menu.lst from 11.3 and 11.2 still show proper lines)
