GRUB2 screen is NOT OK. It is shifted 20% to the right. This has been the case
with 12.3 - and 12.2, I think - from the start but was not a real problem as
only GRUB2 screen was affected. However, since RC1 (possibly also B1 as I'm not
sure I checked that), instead of subsequent displays being shifted back left by
the 20% to return to correct position, they are shifted a further 20% to the
right, making a total of 40%.
