Thinkpad X220 latest bios v1.37 BIOS startup settings: Legacy only 12.3RC2 (Build094) DVD x86_64 dded to USB The BIOS does not see the USB stick as bootable. Other systems without a UEFI-capable bios can boot from the same image on the same stick.
