Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Start any Display Manager (in my Case XFCE) 2. connect a second Screen at VGA Connector 2. run gnome-display-settings and choose the external Device as the "used" one 3. disable the Notebook Display and Close Lid 4. disconnect the external Screen. 5. open lid Actual Results: no active display anymore. Expected Results: Should Fallback to the aviable Screen.
