When booting openSuSE 12.2 RC2, a crash dialog is displayed for kdeinit4. This
may be similar to 769968, but can't tell for sure. The crash report is below:

1. Reboot system
2. During KDE startup, crash dialog appears
Actual Results:
The network manager does not display available access points, although a scan
will show them.
Expected Results:
No crash, and available access points displayed in Network Manager.
