I already used BT on this system, so for sure it did work.
This is with Factory (so currently bluez 4.101).
I seem to have a combination of weird stuff going on:
hciconfig shows device down (I can bring it up with hciconfig hci0 up)
bluetooth service is disabled in systemd
=> this likely is the main cause for most of it... bluetoothd is not being
started in this case, causing all kind of weird things.
starting up the daemon (which also brings the dbus up, which helps gnome to see
it) seems to work... will see after next boot if 'forever' (after having
enabled the service for good of course).
