[Bug 742778] pt_BR license file should be amended - it clearly states that Portuguese is only spoken in Brazil

You could translate the entire file as pt so that it is included on newer medias and everybody will be happen, because when they select Portuguese, they'll have a license translated to Portuguese, not Brazilian Portuguese.
