The line edit is simply not editable in the pop up dialog that opens when I choose to connect. I would add a screenshot but the line edit looks like all the other, editable, line edits. However, changing the mode to actually Store the PIN, it works like a charm. This seems to fix bugs like 561706, 668838, and 749537!
