Me too!
i also updated kernel from 3.3.6 to 3.4.0.
and i also get this mount error.
but only on a share which is on a DFS:

[ 6659.784787] CIFS VFS: Connecting to DFS root not implemented yet
[ 6659.784878] CIFS VFS: cifs_mount failed w/return code = -22

smbclient to the same share works.

but automatically mounting with the /etc/cifstab file does not work anymore.

Samba is:
version 3.6.5 
Release 114.1
from network:samba:TESTING / openSUSE_12.1

The same error occurs when using samba from network:samba:STABLE.

All other shares are working.
Only the DFS share is not working.
