Please also capture this log:

 + Please add the following kernel parameter to /boot/grub/menu.lst:
      acpi.debug_level=0x0000000F acpi.debug_layer=0xffffffff log_buf_len=5M

   then reboot, press Fn+F11, Fn+F12 a couple of times, attach
/var/log/messages
