I have confirmation of this bug against 12.2! I left open three youtube videos,
each played part of the way through, without skipping ahead (as in the videos
loaded start to finish) and with no other tabs or extensions loaded. Each video
was between 10 and 20 minutes long. When I came back in the morning and tried
to play them, the audio playback would briefly repeat in a continuous loop
perhaps one second long and then skip ahead somewhere from to 5 to 20 seconds
and then loop again. This is how this bug exhibits when NOT using PulseAudio
(I have it deactivated). If PulseAudio is enabled, one CPU core gets pushed to
100% by KMix as per the original report.
