cantor_rserver cannot find libR.so

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. { cantor; }

Actual Results:  
  1. 
/usr/bin/cantor_rserver: 
error while loading shared libraries: 
libR.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory


Expected Results:  
  1. An active worksheet.

Additionally, Cantor shows a busy box instead of reporting the failure to the
operator.
