I've readded the resorting in the spec file, now look will see
again the en_US sorting with the sorting options -d and -f, see
request id 108491

I'd like to now why this was ever removed?  Therefore the needinfo
stays.

Beside this maybe look should honour the locale and/or had an option
to be able to disable the default -d and -f even without using
a dictionary file.
