Release notes should mention changes in SuSEconfig re postfix

See Bug 750685 - SuSEconfig --module postfix does not run:

1. There is no SuSEconfig postfix module any more.
5. If you modify /etc/sysconfig/postfix or /etc/sysconfig/mail
   you have to run /usr/sbin/SuSEconfig.postfix

And perhaps also the book has to be changed too.
