system update: the default system is not switched

Upgrade from 11.4 --> 12.1. After update Grub was not updated to use 12.1 as
default system, as the result I ended up watching for a long time boot screen,
then I switched to text mode and saw a lot of error while starting system. I
realized the old (11.4) OS was started.
