ifup
Classification: openSUSE

OS/Version: openSUSE 12.1

Firefox/10.0.2

New installation of openSUSE 12.1 x86 using the minimal server configuration.
Ignore the usual problems getting wireless to work during installation, get to
a running system and log in. Run YaST2 (Qt version) over ssh with X forwarding.

Configure a wireless LAN interface (wlan0) using traditional ifup. Set it to
use DHCP.

Afterwards, while investigating multiple problems, I found that dhcp-client was
not installed. (I have a feeling I've seen this in earlier releases for wired
interfaces too.)

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Clean install, minimal server config
2. Configure wireless interface using ifup and DHCP
3. Try to execute "dhclient" at console
