I also have this problem at each update! Updates run fine but finally pop up a
message telling it could not find a package where as all is ok.
Maybe it is due to some updates which are not shown because they have some
unresolvable dependencies.
With YaST, I have 2 packages which cannot be updated due to dependencies
problems. But they are never shown in apper.
openSUSE 12.1 x86_64, apper 0.7.0-1.6.1, KDE 4.7.2.
