openSUSE 12.2 Milestone 1, using KDE 4.8 and ALSA. Every time when i login in
to my KDE desktop i`m expecting to hear a sound notification just like under
openSUSE 12.1 with KDE 4.7.2, but i don`t hear anything. 

I have opened Configure Desktop -> System notification configuration -> KDE
Workspace and to my surprise the login sound event is enabled. 

I have opened the folder containing the audio files and played several of them
using Dolphin and they played just fine. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install openSUSE 12.2 Milestone 1 x86
2. Login in to KDE desktop
Actual Results:  
After the login process the login sound event is not playing the respective
audio file.

Expected Results:  
The login sound should play announcing that KDE desktop is loaded.
