Hi Robert, your subscription on the obs_build_fail notification, which is sent
by the OBS backend to Hermes has a filter set which is called
_mypackagesstrict. It tells Hermes not to notify you about ALL package fails
but only these which you are concerned about.
However, the strict means: You only get notified about fails if the you are
listed as maintainer _directly_ in the package. The more usual case is that you
inherit the maintainership for a pack by being maintainer of a project. If
thats the case, you dont get mails with your current setting.
If you want mails for fails in your project, you can go to
http://hermes.opensuse.org . On the bottom, you see "openSUSE Build Service:
package building results". Check the second row, not the first one.
It is so complicated because people complained about getting too much mail for
their maintained projects :-(
I hope that explains it, please let me know. I would not consider it a Hermes
bug.
