In openSuSE 11.4, libQtWebKit4-4.7.1 included the libqwebview.so plugin for Qt
Designer.  Under openSuSE 12.1, neither libQtWebKit4-4.7.4 nor
libQtWebKit-devel-4.7.4 contain that plugin.  Since it is missing, Designer
will not display the widget for use in GUI design.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Examine file list for libQtWebKit4 and libQtWebKit-devel under YaST.

Actual Results:  
No RPM provides /usr/lib64/qt4/plugins/designer/libqwebview.so

Expected Results:  
Based on experience with openSuSE 11.4, libQtWebKit4 should have provided
/usr/lib64/qt4/plugins/designer/libqwebview.so
