When create alarm less than 1 hour, program work fine! :-)
   timerinfo=59分0秒
but, greater than 1hour case, program create miss data.
  timerinfo=1時間59分0347 <-- 
this data should be 
  timerinfo=1時間59分03秒  <-- I corrected.
