instsys did not boot for several weeks - seen on openQA as early as Build0011

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. boot Factory NET iso
Actual Results:
currently complains "SHA1 sum wrong"
or when run with insecure=1 it writes
"Could not find the openSUSE Repository"
Expected Results:
should boot the installation system
