The file
/etc/udev/rules.d/86-hpmud-hp_laserjet_professional_p1566.rules
where the issue happens is neither in our HPLIP packages (nor in any
other package) from openSUSE so that the issue is invalid for us.
The file comes from HP's own proprietaty plugin which you
downloaded and installed directly form HP while setting up
the device with "hp-setup" which can be launched via YaST, see
http://en.opensuse.org/SDB:How_to_set-up_a_HP_printer
Please report the issue directly to HPLIP via
http://hplipopensource.com/hplip-web/support.html
