I installed sysconfig and dhcp-client from this repo and all other updates, but
after reboot, there was still

redirecting to systemctl

/etc/sysconfig/network/scripts/dhcpcd-h...


which goes away when I deactivate line 200 of
/etc/sysconfig/network/if-up.d/21-dhcpcd-hook-samba
