Even though explicitly stated NFS basics are not started in opensuse 12.1 with
settings that worked in opensuse 11.3 and 11.4


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put NFS_START_SERVICES="yes"
2. and RPC_PIPEFS_DIR="/var/lib/nfs/rpc_pipefs"
into /etc/sysconfig/nfs

Actual Results:  
rpc_pipefs is not mounted.


Expected Results:  
rpc_pipefs should have been mounted at /var/lib/nfs/rpc_pipefs
