Note that the above uses path and socket activation, there will be no cups
daemon running in your system by default, but after systemctl enable
cups.service whenever :

- an application starts the "printing" dialog, cups will fire up
- If there is a job in the queue, cups will start
- whenever a printer is turned on or plugged into your system, cups will wake
up.
